DirectTemping needed to improve their website to deliver a better user experience. The project was so successful that several investors immediately became interested.

DirectTemping is an online recruitment platform, offering a value for money proposition and a transparent fee structure. The client had developed powerful backend technology, but performance was hampered by the unattractive design and unhelpful user experience delivered by the front end of the website. They searched for a marketing agency in London and found Abacus.

We were contracted to develop fresh corporate branding and to build a new front end for the website. We also created corporate videos and produced a complete suite of sales and marketing materials, including a brochure, stationery pack, presentation template slides and an exhibition stand. Our design studio provided a range of creative services including creative direction, graphic design, copywriting, artwork and photography.

We read their business plan and researched their competitors, customers, products and services to ensure we had a good strategic platform to base our creative work on. It quickly became apparent that there was a need to unify the branding of several small businesses operating within the overall corporate hierarchy. Each of these had a different area of focus within the recruitment sector but, from a customer perspective, the group’s services needed to be seen as a homogenous offering. We created three additional websites to satisfy this need. All four websites were optimised for SEO, and we set up all their social media channels. We developed an integrated marketing strategy to fill their sales pipeline with high quality leads.
