AXA were looking for a marketing agency to create professional tender presentation documents for their sales teams. Our work helped them to win several high-value pitches.

AXA is one of the largest insurance businesses in the world – their UK team wanted to work with a marketing partner who could deliver a cost-effective, high quality and responsive marketing solution. They searched for a marketing agency London and found Abacus. We met up to discuss their requirements and explain how we could help, and were brought on board as a preferred supplier.

We were initially appointed to create professional tender documents for their sales teams, often working under great time pressure to hit tight deadlines – our work helped them to win a number of high-value new business pitches.

We were subsequently commissioned to provide ongoing marketing services. We were asked to deliver strategic plans and creative concepts for a direct marketing campaign, the objective of which was to increase sales of a new taxi insurance product they had recently launched. Research for this project included a series of focus groups with the target market to find out what made them tick.

Apart from this, we provided tactical marketing support too – HTML templates for email marketing campaigns, event invitations, leaflets and so on. Over a number of years, we developed a close and successful partnership with their marketing team.
