AHP, a team of architects and surveyors, were looking for help with corporate branding and web design to showcase their services more professionally to potential customers.
AHP is a successful team of architects and surveyors located in Sevenoaks, Kent. After reaching a certain size, it was apparent to this ambitious SME that they needed to invest in professional sales and marketing collateral to deliver a more credible first impression to prospective clients. They searched online for marketing agencies in London and found Abacus.
We were commissioned to deliver corporate branding, and then to design and build a new website, which we optimised for SEO purposes. Support and training were provided for the first three months post-launch, as part of our standard website design and development package. We created various sales and marketing collateral. Our design studio support included creative direction, graphic design, artwork, photography, retouching, copywriting and copyediting.
The first stage in the process involved an interview with every member of staff, including each of the three directors, to gain a better understanding of the company, as well as spending time within the business to get a better feel for the culture and atmosphere. This was followed up with a confidential questionnaire. Our research unearthed a number of insights that were helpful in providing clarity on the business plan, marketing strategy and brand proposition, as well as highlighting the need for improving communication with employees about personal development, corporate performance and commercial ambition.
